Enroll through your high school counselor via concurrent enrollment. Tuition is waived automatically.
Enrolled students; essay + demonstrated need
Enroll in a program, then submit the Foundation Scholarship application on owatc.edu (essay + financial-need statement + 1 reference). Awards reviewed each cycle.
Meet federal workforce eligibility
Contact your local Utah Department of Workforce Services office to apply for WIOA funding. Bring your OWTC program acceptance letter. Approval is done through DWS, not OWTC.
